The undersigned (RECIPIENT) desires to conduct research related to the above-identified biological material;
In consideration for access to the canine RHDF5000 panel DNA, RECIPIENT agrees to the following terms and conditions:

(1). The biological material will be used for research purposes only.
(2). The biological material will not be further distributed to others without permission.
(3). No product based upon said biological material, derivatives thereof or their use shall be commercialized without license from CNRS.
(4). These terms and conditions do not apply to biological material that:

a. is in the public domain or enters the public domain without fault of RECIPIENT,
b. is already in the possession of RECIPIENT or is independently developed by RECIPIENT, which can be demonstrated by evidence, and
c. is received from a third party who is lawfully in possession of the same.

(5). It is understood that no right to a license is given or implied by this agreement.
