OR markers were mapped on the 3270 dog RH map using the RHDF5000 panel. Two-points analysis, computed using both Multimap and TSP/Concorde softwares, provided lod-score with neighboring markers. OR markers were positionned on the RH map using these lod-score values. OR markers are noted in blue.
