phylogram.
Canine sequences are indicated in blue, and human sequences
in red.
Name of the sequences are followed by their family (numbers) and
subfamily (letters) belonging in parenthesis.
Human and Canine families are intermingled with ClassI and ClassII branches well separated.
However, one family (family 38) seems
to be canine specific.
